Ironically, I was just about to post here pointing out how this tune uses some concepts from Aquatic Ambience to tie the two water themes together. I do prefer the Aquatic Ambience from DKL over DKC's, though. haha

They need to put this game on the 3ds virtual console.

That's cause there was no underwater ruins level in Donkey Kong Country so this track is original. There is a Donkey Kong Land version of aquatic ambience that plays on a different level though.
