It's nice to see them trying a traditional mexican recipe and putting their own touch on it. Good Job, Saludos de Mexico.

Not a bad looking Ranchero sauce, only thing missing was the heat...sliced Jalepeno or Serrano chilli peppers and maybe 1/3 of bell pepper. Keep sauteing the sauce til all the veggies are tender.
Goes great over eggs in the moring, or steak or grilled chicken.
I was impressed...one of the few things from expert village that actully look good to eat,
