This is the thirty-second spot we had done for airing on the local cable channels. None of the employees wanted to be on camera, but everyone was fighting to get their pet included (thus the multitude of cute animals).

Dawn, I looked your records and you were here in 2003---FOUR YEARS before I bought the practice in 2007 and virtually rebuilt it from the ground up. I'm sorry you didn't get your dog's lab results in a timely manner at the time (the records are so old I don't even have all the details available anymore, and the vet you saw is long gone). So, let's review--you're trashing a business that you don't have remotely current relationship with? And a doctor and staff you've never even met? Wow.

We have 3 high maintenance special needs dogs all of which are treated with the finest medical expertise imaginable. All Creatures staff goes beyond the maximum expectations I have for service. They actually CARE & treat my animals as if they were their own.
