Source Mod Todd is an improv comedy spoof/satire mockumentary machinima series that gets filmed in actual public servers for the Half-Life 2 mods that they "explore" in the videos. Our host takes you on a journey to "learn" about the mod by exploring features, interviewing and following mock players live in-game while exploring the sides or teams they are on, getting killed, and more. Usually, Todd doesn't accomplish what he originally aims for and hilarity ensues in these videos of game mod madness. In this episode, Todd enters the world of BG2, a Half-Life 2 modification that takes place during the revolutionary war. Upon joining servers, he learns that people in game organize line battle reenactments amidst live, regular games. After experiencing a tease of this, he tries to get a group of people and set up his own. This documents what happened before, during, and after.
