I have SID and i'm 17 and still struggling with it very much. it is hard for me to over come my anger and i don't let people help me. firm discipline might not help or it could make things worse. sometimes its hard for me to explain what im feeling. the feeling that i get the most is a feeling in my back that is indescribable and it gets more intense when i get angrier.

this is soooo MUCH like my 5 year old Daughter and so many people think we are not raising her right or spending enough time with her, little do they know or want to be told that she has SPD, to me people need to know befor they comment on how we are raising our daughter!!!! it TICKS me off when people just asume that we are doing something wrong and dont want to believe us when I try and tell them what she was DXed with.

I understand the diagnosis, however, there are some clear behavior issues here. He needs some firm discipline.
