Iron Chef Japan: Potato Battle - Chen Kenichi vs. Katsuyo Kobayashi (2 of 5)

The challenger was (at the time) only the second female challenger to do battle in Kitchen Stadium. She has had a cooking show on NHK for 21 years. She is the icon of home cooking in Japan and known to housewives all over the country. She made her first television appearance in 1969. She claims to produce over 1000 recipes a year.

Gotta love Chen kenichi uses a meat cleaver to cut the potatoes and a chefs knife to chop up the chicken,shouldn't it be the other way round?
