I've only had one cracked case....and the re-encapsulated it for free and gave me a free grade for my problems.

Thx bro, good info for the people sending in gem cards for grading. That guy musta been pissed about that card lol, also hes stupid for doing that.

@TheHanginLouie : No....he wasn't ticked off....but I was! He refunded my money and told me to keep it.

Now I just use it as a reminder for myself that it's better to send it more padded and pay an extra little bit instead of ending up having to lose it all!
