My favorite interpretation of this video is that the guy is sick of this flawless world, and when he tries to break the consistency of perfection he makes the little girl mad. The flashing of subways are the imperfections and it made him happy.
For me I took the whole thing as how boring would life be if it were perfect.

no, everyone got it wrong its as simple as weeding the garden. no one wanted him around scewing up their world.

the environment isn't what makes it perfect, it's how you perceive and adapt to your environment.
some are easier to adapt to than others, if you get bored in a carefree environment, then you have serious issues
