@dschultz6072 hands should be very passive. if you want to fade it, fire your right side more at the point of impact. draw, don't fire your right side as much and your hands will react to the amount of rotation of the hips 100% guarantee
aim left and hold your hands off from rolling over. it's really that simple. if you want to hook it, aim right and be conscious of rolling your hands on the way down and through the shot. it's really that simple. the closer the clubface is to square, the less curve. the issue is timing, nothing more. TIMING AND RHYTHM, the keys to golf...and just about every other ball sport out there. feel free to disagree, but know that sam snead, the winningest player in history, thought the same.
@splitopennmelt i agree with you, mabye open it a touch but the thing that cuts the ball is the shoulders and the follow thorugh, if you aim left then do a normal swing but stand a little closer and on follow through you naturally guide the hands towards your target, its a feel thing, many ways to play golf though.
@splitopennmelt If he aimed his body left of the target and aimed his clubface left of the target he'd hit it left of the target. What proponents of the "new" ball flight laws don't understand is how all these guys are setting up relative to their targets--his body isn't actually open to the target line, it's square to his start line. All this pull fade shit is a bunch of nonsense. A pull fade is a slice.
@justinp766 you may still be rotating your hands over a little to much. I always concentrate on keeping my rist somewhat set threw a fad. Hope that helps.

@sandersuperfollador What you described is a pushfade a powerfade would be a pullfade with low spin rate.

Respond to this video... Why would you aim left and then hit a draw? To miss to the left? And not every pro hits with an open club face.

I like how all the comments are trying to explain how to hit a cut, but there just saying the same thing that Kaymer is saying in different words.

Why when I open up my stance I hit a draw instead of a fade?
