  • The books downside is that it kinda kills the allure of going into a small overpriced gym to wait for 'my machine', clean it of other people's bodily fluids, try to remember the settings from last time, then stare out the window on a beautiful summer day at happy people playing in the sun.

  • He looks like a nice guy, would love to hang out with him. I'm always surrounded by total dicks and douchebags.

  • Hey Mark! Are you going to make a dvd to accompany your book?

  • ur one handed push ups are elevated and very good form too... nice man

  • @Klingkong2 Ha! Ha! That's funny! But I DO love the book (ill still go to the gym, though)!

  • Excellent demonstration. In my experience, people try to rush one arm pushups. They do one horrible repetition and then claim no one can ever perform them. That's like a 90 pound weakling trying to bench press 500 pounds, failing, and then saying it's impossible. Clearly, that's not true, as you've adequately demonstrated.
