This six minute hoop drill will develop your stamina, strength and control of your hoop. Simply spin one hoop on 12 different body levels for 30 seconds each.

The video features graphics to help you position your body, prompts to encourage and assist, and a timer for each section.

Challenge yourself by doing the drill in your second current/opposite direction, or incorporate turns, marching or arm movements.
