Bienes is an asshole and in it up to his ears - I never saw someone look so much like a defensive weasel. On a side note, I think it also says something about Madoff that Bienes' first instinct was to guess that he'd gotten arrested for a sex crime - you don't guess something like that about someone unless you think he's capable of committing such a thing. So I guess Bernie had all the all the markings of a degenerate sociopath...
