How about we put things into perspective. When you're arrested for something, let's say murder, you're not arreested "on suspicion" of murder, you're arrested FOR murder. How does that reckon with your smart little retort?
You see, the facts of being arrested for something, being caught red-handed, or even admitting to a crime have NOTHING to do with whether or not you're found guilty in court. Also, "not guilty by resson of insanity" doesn't mean you didn't commit the crime.

When US citizens (and/or troops) living/serving abroad do bad things to other fellow humans. It doesn't get into the US media like it should, for it's unamerican to know the truth. And news like these can be used for other interests/agendas.
