  • Excellent information thanks

  • Hiyaaaa! Have you tried - fast abs magic (just google it)? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my auntie got detailed Six pack abs and lost tons of weight with it.

  • beans are a bodybuilders best friend

  • Thanks be to God, I found the way I've been doing mine seems to work. I just downloaded a simple ebook online and it is a food guide that Hollywood stars use so I gave it ago and it works well for me. It's quite simple and easy. Worth a look, I think for anyone who isn't happy with starvation dietary programs it's worth checking out this book. If you're interested try this link derry6762.eliteweightlosspackage. Best of luck

  • What I mean is that it's only good if you are waaay over weight. If you are just trying to lose a beer gut or some chubbiness, low calorie eating programs tend to make you lose muscle and make you end up gaining back the fat eventually.

  • Isn't that the point of a diet?

  • low calorie is only good for losing excess fat.
