Didn't even score a goal and hes a striker. Everyone always makes excuses for him.  Hes overrated. Klose dosn't perform at club level but rooney and drogba peform at club level.

The problem with the England team is that they play one decent game against a no hope side and the press are hyping them up to be world champions.

It's not only that pressure and the fans expectations that does them no good though.

Players seem to think that because they are "big names" they don't have to try hard.

At the end of the day, England are a mediocre team that are fed the hype that they are much better than they are - and the players believe it.
