New Creation HDTV Presents: Rejoicing in Rockwell

Rejoicing in Rockwell was a powerful community outreach put on by Mount Calvary Baptist Church. It was lead by Minister Tony Adams and the Mount Calvary's evangelism team.
In this clip, you will see how powerful discipleship can be when one actually takes the time to pour into a persons life. Listen in as youth leader and minister Michael Mckinnon introduces Rev David Derf, better known as WORDsmith of House of Slap Radio. Mike explains how WORDsmith reached out to him while incarcerated and how he shared the gospel of Christ with him. He continued to work with Mike and by the power of the Holy Spirit a "New Creation" was born! Today Mike works as a gang prevention coordinator. He is also a minister and leader who ministers the gospel and he serves in the youth department at his home church. He is doing big things for the Kingdom! The jails and prisons are full of mighty men like Mike, who are waiting to hear about the good news. Just think if we all spent some time reaching out and discipling those incarcerated.
