Unbelievable talent

What can you say about a classic. The Marx brothers movies are close to 75 years old and they're still watched, still funny, and show off some amazingly unique and talented comedians. I watched Abbot & Costello and the Marx Brothers movies when I was a kid in the late 1960's and early 1970's many times when they showed up on Saturday or Sunday matinee movies on television. Thanks to the poster for the reminder about these terrific talented people.

this scene gives me the chills, amazing performance played by chico and harpo, this will never be seen again today, the marx brothers are so talented

such artists?...... there will never be equal. The world has simply lost this hi level of comedianship.

I want to play like Chico someday...he was the best and still is. Rest in peace, Chico.

The only time Harpo was anywhere close to serious was playing his harp
I'd chop off my ears and nose to play the piano like Chico or the harp like Harpo. The ability to express so beautifully what's in one's soul is such a huge gift; it's the closest you can get to truly knowing someone and being known. There's no other way to put it, other than it being a sublime sharing of the most intimate part of a person...I don't know how this jaded and common generation survives, being illiterate toward that kind of language.

These guys would blow away most popular musicians of today, and music was a sideline for them. They were primarily comedians
