Wtf is this long video & block of text?

I'm going to start filming as much of my training as I can, providing I don't forget to charge my camera or bring it out, so I can look back and remember what I've being doing and of course share it with those that watch. Going to be completely honest posting how I'm training at the time and what state my body is in.

Will probably have to split the video up in the future as a 10 minute video is too long. Lots of balancing in this one so it kinda dragged it out.

This week!

Monday
Deadlift 3x5x100kg
Stretching

Tuesday (forgot my camera)
Parkour @ Elephant

Wednesday
OHP 3x3x50kg, 3x4x50kg
BOW 3x8x45kg
LatRaise 3x8x5kg

Thursday
Parkour @ Elephant & Vauxhall

Friday
Parkour @ Elephant

Saturday & Sunday
It's still Friday/Saturday Morning

Where am I now?

Injuries
Still recovering from injuries it seems I've been ironing some out and have picked up new ones along the way from over training, but trying to return to 100% blitz jumping climbing whatever the hell.
-Hurt my back & shoulders in January from landing like a pancake on my front tricking and iron cross progressions. My back is around 90-95% healed although some what immobile & my QLO inflames if don't stretch my hip flexors due to overextension when jumping.
-SLAP lesions in both shoulders although the left one is almost completely healed, I rarely feel it and the right one is still a pain.
-Medial epicondilitis from over training the OAC. Right side flares up more than the left. 2 mins of massage takes care of it but still need to give it more attention
-Random knee pain today which I haven't experienced in 2 years, probably just need to do some soft tissue work but if it persists will have it checked out. Not doing anything on it if it still hurts.
-Slight ankle sprain from the running crane in the video, should be recovered in a week the latest.

  • Where did you get your trackie bottoms from Jimbo?

  • @Mucalytic Found them in Next and was really cheap.

  • nice

  • @sisikangus Thanks man

  • Awesome stuff man. Sorry to hear about all those injuries. It's great to see vlogs springing up from people. I have one suggestion about the weights, drop barbell rows for dumbbell bent over rows. Barbell rows put you in a weakened position, fatigue stabilisers and are pretty shit in general. Assuming you want to go heavy and really hit your lat's then I'd recommend it as it will allow you to make gains quicker and be uninhibited by what you can hold for time in that mid dead-lift position.

  • @jackaltraceur

Cool man, I'll work out a way to single arm rows without a bench. Probs still use the barbell though with my lack of dumbbells and bench.

  • PUSHES PULLS N BALANCE MOVEMENT . THE WAY YOU CHOSE TO DO THIS IS BEAUTIFUL.

  • @BenitoCapulet

A year's worth, so 52. Will do my best to do one a week but 52 is where it ends

  • This is cool. You're doing a year of these? I'm in for the long run.
