  • Awesome vid good driving music too

  • i would do this with a piece of metal "like a saw"

and just draw the model of the key over in the metal than i dont need to spill

    keys haha :p

  • So much easier to just use a folded paperclip.

  • where did you get the second song played during the making of the first lock pick.

  • It's just semantics man. You could think of penal as in "punishment" since it deals with crime and punishment. It'd still be the same laws if they called it "civil protection codes".

  • just does not sound right. seems a penal code should only apply to people in penitentary's not free people in society.

  • Law is the general blanket under which all the various "codes" of the state fall under. Penal code has to do with all things pertaining to criminal acts and prosecution, etc. Everything else falls under a more "civil" infraction category, like insurance codes, veterans codes, education codes, utility codes, traffic codes, etc, etc etc. If I'm not mistaken, penal codes loosely relate to anything that you could be charged "criminally" for in court.

  • I think that there is a definate difference between penal codes( affecting people in prisons) and public criminal law. please do find out.

  • Fancy word for law I guess. Let me rephrase, it depends on your state law, and in most cases, it's totally legal to purchase, own, and carry lock picking tools.

  • why does a penal code apply to a free citizen?? are we really a penal colony??
