@CH1CKENQUIFF I actually use two door attachments as handles for pullups now. it works really well!

@birdman4birdlegs I agree I use the 2 thicker bands for the chin up replacements when Im not at home. Not as good as a chin up but just do more for the burn.

ordering bands that are adjustable (i..e bodylastics) or doubling up on bands for exercises like pulldowns helps a lot too

Get better bands. I have the bodylastics, and they come with multiple bands at varying resistances. I can get a couple hundred pounds resistance in one hand with no trouble. Also, keep in mind that the resistance increases as the band stretches. It may start out at 30lbs, but stretch it and it will increase. If you want max benefit, go slow and controlled with the bands out and back.

Awesome Video!!!
Check my page i just made a Pull UP Video!!!
you had much better form with the shorter amount of band... then you added more length and your elbows were moving all over the place.

@SkeletorSKS87 great input, I'm sure people will find that helpful. I looked for a video of you demonstrating good form but didn't find anything.

whats the latch thing you put the bands through @ 3:00...A pullupbar wont fit in my dorm so the bands are the best/only option

That is a door attachment that came with that resistance band. I bought the band on amazon. I don't recall the brand name, but just look for one that includes a door attachment
