Not a bad way to learn PinYin if you already know Chinese. Seems to be a good way to help kids learn PinYin if they are also studying English at the same time. I often wondered about that problem--students seeing the same letters, but with different sounds.

@MyarUrot wow that is weird, does it mean that before introduction (imposition) of latin alphabet, they didn't learn until very old?

@sinekonata Before they use different way of learning how to speak mandarin, they change it and use some of the alphabet to read mandarin. It called Pin Yin.
