Hi there, if your videos are slow on your PC, chances are you might need to upgrade to a newer PC. I have a Pentium IV 2.8 GHZ and another one that's a P IV 2.7GHZ and on the 2.7 it stalls sometimes and looks like it's in slow motion. Most of the time I use the 2.8 GHZ. Also, in the HD Writer software that comes with the camcorder you can go into editing mode and check on settings and specify 30 frames per second. Try that for now and see if it works.

I think it's a glitch with You Tube. Some of the videos have sound and but most don't. Also, the original footage was shot in high Definition (AVCHD) which is not supported by You-Tube. It was converted to MPEG and uploaded on to You-tube.
