My vote is for this one. Well done. They are all so wonderful, in their own way! Have to vote for the one on Conscience, only because it is paramount to the struggle in this country right now, at all levels.

How about pastor Obama and Priestess Sebellius? They are forcing the religion of Secularism on the Church. I agree they should not force their religion on others/us.

Actualy they don't impose this sort of tyranny (your words) because they have closed down the schools and hospitals. They have and WILL close before paying for abortions. The bishops wear red to symbolize the blood they would shed for the church; They would lie down their lives to end abortion, don't you think they would close schools, hospitals and agencies? I don't blame them. They are already planning it in Illinois.

Seems there is some truth to that; Its tough though, 100% of Christian churches/denominations was opposed to contraception in 1930, elective abortions--out of the question. At least the Catholic Church has tried, It succeeds in different places at different times. Maybe the Church has failed to teach; but then some refuse to learn. I don't know.

It has been considered for those agencies not to hire people not of that religion; but, to be kind and fair, they do hire them making sure they know the institution is a religious one. The prospective employee does not have to agree to work there.

I, as a Catholic, would love to work for a catholic agency, I have non-catholic friends that do. If they don't want the job, I'd be happy to have it. Birth control is cheaper than the gym by far. Why not pay for gym memberships?

Thanks Holly, You are right; popular thought does not equal truth.

The Church has no problem with that. There are different treatments and formulations of the hormones in birth control pills. Even Catholic hospitals provide hormone treatments for a variety of woman's issues. If its not for pregnancy prevention, then its not birth control. Right?

The problem I have with the anti-birth control thing is that a lot of people take birth control for reasons other than pregnancy prevention. Personally, I'm not sexually active, but I'm considering going on birth control to lessen the symptoms associated with menstruation.

the population problem is a myth...PR instituted by Margaret Sangor and her Eugenic people. Our population is slowed down too much now...specifically we do not have enough girls. This is not being reported by the Catholic church, but by secular press. There are many known problems with not having enough women...
