Josh is the nicest guy & an awesome dancer, he NEVER talks crap about anyone. That is so typical of our so-called natives to post negative comments. U dont even know him, do u know how hard it is to go & dance in front of so many people? The only peeps that should judge are the ones with the clipboards, THE Judges. He & his wife are good friends of mine & come from respected families. The more dancers like Josh we have, the better our role models are for our future generations.

very true about the costume comment,the regalia is very sacred to every dancer,many prayers are put into each feather and bead work and much more,many hours of putting our regalia's together,man or woman plus our families help in the making of the regalia and add their own prayers into the dancing outfit(regalia)

I hope that I didn't offend anyone saying what i did,because i am a dancer and I have personally made my own regalia and have had help in making all of them as well

Josh Bear...I wish you would dance again! Forget about what others say. Forget the past judging. Just go out there and dance. You dance so beautifully, with imagination, so full of heart & spirit. Your regalia is awesome. Dance regalia wouldn't be as it is today if people like you didn't make the extra effort or push the limits. There would be no men's fancy war dance or the women's fancy shawl. I could watch you all day long! Come back into the dance circle.

This man is one of the best. And there are many. It seems to me this type of dance is very difficult and takes alot of mental and spiritual fortitude. I love it. It does not look easy for sure.

brokenheartmender,i am a traditional dancer myself and how this dance was explained to me was that the dancer is a warrior and he is telling a story,either a story from the hunt,meaning that he is looking for signs from animals that he is hunting or a warrior in battle looking for signs of his enemy,now if there is more,can someone please fill in the blanks of what i typed out for this man,thank you once again A-HO

watch this guy at 55 sec he his a clown .put him fancy dancing because hes not traditional.huskydawgs comment. theres nothing wrong with constructive criticism we all need it at times. and the judges are crooked to half of them dont dont what to look 4. all im saying is keep it traditional.

i love this vid,the dancer that is first shown on this video,looks like he is in full spirit and he dances for the people,something that i wish more of our men would do for their people,dance,pray ect..I see that he carries his eagle feathers with pride and i honor him for that,I too am a traditional dancer and i love watching other traditional dancers.
