@twosearch1 She is not using playback. Donna does not need the microphone right in front of her mouth...for a good example look up her performing Love is the Healer on Queen Latifah, The View or at Divas 2000...she holds that mic arms length and nails the big note every time.
She's not like the little pop princesses today, she can actually sing...LIVE.
