Shoo-Fly Pie 1 c flour 3/4 c brn sugar 4 T butter 1/2 c molasses 1/2 c corn syrup 1 t baking soda 3/4 c boiling water 1 beaten egg 1. Mix flour, sugar & butter. Cut butter into mix; split mixture in half, set one half aside. 2. Pour molasses & corn syrup onto half of crumb mixture. Mix baking soda into boiling water; pour water into molasses & add egg. 4. Pour into unbaked pie shell, top with remaining crumb mixture; bake in 325-degree oven for 30 mins. 5. Sing while cooling; enjoy.

... it's quite tasty, if you don't eat too much of it. And, the taste stays with you all day!!
