You bring up well thought out and well researched points that I agree with. It is pathetic how Youtube is taking down videos without any real reason to do so.

Man I hear ya! I worry that if one of my videos with speed-up musical montages in it got too popular and too much notice youtube might pull it down. Though to be fair I am using the full version of the song in them; however, all the songs I got here on youtube and there are multiple postings of each, so I would assume I am in the clear. Also it could be a possibility that these songs are in the public domain. Anyway, I hear what you're saying.
