  • Not to be rude but, doesn't popcorn have a lot of carbs in the first place? I also thought adding butter or fat to a carb induced food would just increase the ammount of fat you would store. Or have I been missing out on this tasty treat for like 2 years? Please let me know!

  • @ryuu901 You're not being rude. Yes, popcorn is way high in carbs, and that's the reason to avoid it.

  • Actually, how is peanut oil? In China olive/coconut oil is quite expensive, though...

  • @90Rush Peanut oil is a natural oil, so it's fine -- however, it's high in Omega 6 fats, which can cause inflammation if you consume too much of them. So I'd use it, but in limited amounts.

  • So are fish oils good or bad? I love tuna and salmon but my diet also includes saturated fats (butter, lard, tallow)

  • @qwertasdcfghjklmo24z Fish oil is good for you.

  • Thank you for making the movie and getting this information out there. It's heartening to see a film where common sense and reasoned thinking trump scare tactics and propaganda.

  • Just got my copy of Fat Head the other day. Love it. Great work. :)

  • When was Popcorn ever a healthy snack it's loaded with carbs, but even if I was having a cheat night at a movie I would'nt order because the trans fats taste like crap, It taste's like something you shake out of the toaster.

  • @ryuu901 amount...Not ammount.

  • @qwertasdcfghjklmo24z 90 pounds on amazon is quite expensive. Other than that, I don't know.

  • @90Rush ok. Do you know if Fat Head is available in the UK?

  • @qwertasdcfghjklmo24z That was a joke.
