56 Gallon African Cichlid tank

COMMENTS ARE APPRECIATED! This is my 56 gallon african cichlid tank. It has an Aquaclear 70 for filtration(hopefully I will add more filtration soon). It has 3 yello labs, 3 kenyis, 2 auratus, 2 red zebras, 1 demasoni, 1 cobalt blue zebra, 1 blue johanni, 1 jewel, 1 lace catfish, and 1 pleco(hard to see in the video). It is a little overstocked. The tank doesnt really have a boss yet but im willing to bet that the big male auratus will be sooner or later.

Thanks. I should be a pretty good tank for an Oscar until it reaches like 10 inches. I've got a bunch of different fish now. A frontosa, a venustus,a livingstonii, and a Jack Dempsey. I also got rid of a few fish.

No. I have had many tanks before this one but all of them have been small tanks like 10 or 20 gallons. I also have a 20 gallon with a softshell turtle, Oscar, and shovelnose catfish. I am moving the Oscar and catfish into the cichlid tank once the cichlids are big enough to not get eaten. I also hav a 10 gallon which will house a few tropical fish sooner or later.

Nice setup I like the rocks... Could u make a vid of the cobalt blue zebra and kenyi and the difference between them... I made a vid it's called blue zebra or kenyi... Since u have both maybe you could help me out thanks!

@phillybengtson yes it 56 gallons 30 x 18 x height I think is 27 they have these tanks at petsmart I have one check my channel

Could an oscar be kept in a tank like this since oscars are actually a type of cichlid.

@nikko34able it's not a 20 gal high you can tell by the way the bricks are set up ... Bricks are cheesy any ways
