Chevrolet LSJ 2.0L Ecotech supercharged 4 cylinder, designed and being tested for Florida's Team Tango-Tango Two airframe. This engine is currently being ground tested for use in experimental aircraft and is showing tremendous potential. We do not have to run the engine at very high RPM to make torque for the prop since we achieve torque muntiplication through the Geared Drives PSRU. The centrifugal clutch allows the prop to engage just following start up, and disengage only after engine shut down. The prop will not disengage during flight.
