Dark Souls Darkroot Garden Stone Knight

This shows an example of how to deal with the stone knights. Try to get behind the knight and hit it as much as possible, before it puts the over-encumberance spell on you.
When it's active, you move very slowly and cannot dodge. It lasts a short period of time, and when you get up to speed, head behind it and hit it until its down.
