A tanger on appelle ça caliente - recette et nomination d'origine espagnol - caliente veut dire chaud en espagnol
ça se mange chaud et nu sans pains sans harissa.
on est les meilleurs à préparer ça au maroc .. c une recette typiquement tangéroise :)

@hmejja1 you can find it at wholefoods or specialty stores. you can also find it in Indian stores they call it "besan flour". :-)

@treetopteresa Actually no! you can buy it from an Indian store, it's called "basan flour" - just ask the helpers in the store to help you find it. Otherwise, you can but it online at amazon.com

@roach187able the pepper sauce is called "Harissa" - it's in my to do list to do a video about it. You can also buy it from amazon.com - the 'Mustapha's ' brand is amazing!!! as for the bread, yes, toasted is always better!
