Review of a Remus Exhaust on my 1996 E36 BMW M3
Overall this exhaust is one of the quieter aftermarket cat back's available for this car. It does not change the stock tone that much, but rather just adds a little more volume, and a deeper growl. It is German made, and the quality is top notch, although only the tips are stainless steel so if you plan on driving the car in a Wintery area... it won't last as long as others.
Inside the car it is a barely noticeable difference, espescially during normal composed driving. It has a little bit of an extra "woof" over the stock exhaust, that can be noticed a tad bit more if the windows are down. Wide open throttle is where you can notice the exhaust, as you can actually hear a little exhaust noise over the engine note. I highly reccomend if you're looking for more of a tame exhaust for your E36 M3. It won't turn everyones head unless you're on it, and you are very unlikely to get a ticket from cops, but it is a nice change over the stock volume, and sound.
Note: This Remus Exhaust is in fact the exact same exhaust as the AC Schnitzer exhaust. (With the exception of the tips being different)
I used my Nikon D3100 with the VR 55-200mm.
