@13elsyd13 as for the underground subway, I'm thinking that we don't need it. a flood prevention system most especially in metro cities is a must have. its just embarrassing when there's a typhoon and then suddenly it feels like manila is sinking, its chaos

@JeuxRAE - i think you are right. however you know, the reason why there are beggars and squaters in Manila simply because all the people from other provinces prefer to live in Manila. Most of them are not from Manila. They aren't homeless they left their beautiful province choose to live in Manila and now most of them are sacrificing. Sooner or later this will completely be demolish and they'll be send back to their provinces. There are some squater areas has been demolished already.
