I've heard that you don't have to hold the hhcg under your tongue more than a few minutes. It's the RX sublingual that you have to hold for at least 15-20 minutes. When I did my hhcg round I would hold it under for maybe 1-2 minutes 3 times a day and did just fine... Hope that that will be your experience too!

Just want to throw out a suggestion: I've heard a few take 15 drops twice a day instead of 10 drops three times a day since they "forget" the mid day dose.

Yavonae CANT be sold on Amazon or Ebay. ALL Homeopathic hcg has been labeled as FRAUD as whats in the bottles is a water/colloidal silver alcohol mix. The FDA will be going after online sites soon. Any drug labeled as"official homeopathic"MUST be listed in the Homeopathic Pharmacopeia of the United States(HPUS is the official body that is recognized as establishing requirements and a compendium/list of homeopathic substances).Homeopathic Hcg is NOT listed, tho scammers say it is. hcg is RX only

I've used both sublingually and I found that the hunger was more under control with HHCG. Havingt to take twice a day (some do 3x but I found it not to be necessary) so once in the morning and once in early afternoon is all I needed. Cravings and boredom with same foods was the same with both. If I could just get rid of the chocolate cravings!!

The hhcg I took only required two minutes under the tongue. I just love that you're vlogging positive things about homeopathic. I'll be making my own comparison vlog soon.

@saintprovogirl yes...you are allowed up to 20 drops three times a day; however if you find your correct does - than you can do it twice a day if you desire. Also, I saw another comment regarding the time under tongue and I only held under tongue for two mintues before swallowing
