Serial Experiments Lain AMV

**NOTE** If you watch, watch the whole thing. It gets good/exciting later in the video. Note that I wanted to put in more scenes but it was already too long. Damnit, right?

Original title, eh? No, but really. I've been wanting to make a Lain video FOREVER. It's one of my favorite animes ever. I just now got around to it. There aren't that many subtitles in this, but there are a few. Still, I think they fit a bit.

(This will probably be confusing for those of you who haven't seen this anime. And those of you who have, know it's a confusing anime in and of itself. Still, watch it even if you haven't seen it. It's kind of trailer-ish, and it might inspire you to go watch an awesome anime)

I think you could still use work on timing and story telling of what you want to get across in your amv, It was a tad long and the repetitive song didn't help, Over all I liked it cause I love the anime but still could use work. I would love your criticism on my amv as well. Thanks :D

@25penguin25 Lol, I made this FIVE years ago. It was like my 3rd video and I wasn't serious about telling the story of Lain or timing. I just wanted to make a video using the anime and the song. Thanks for the criticism, but it wasn't supposed to be a serious AMV, and I don't make them anymore.

By rule the first anime you watch is the favourite (unless it is crap!). Personally Serial Experiments Lain is a great starter just cos the ending gives you an idea of the amazing stuff they have out there. I started with NGE and have never regretted it since! :D

My first anime was Sailor Moon and that was before I even knew what anime was. I don't think Sailor Moon is 'crap' per se, but it's definately not my favorite. Lain would have been a good one to start with. NGE is pretty good as well.

Even though this anime was created in 1998 when the internet wasn't really around, those people knew what they were talking about and today we see that they were pretty accurate, also I'd like to add that this anime has a much more deeper meaning then you can imagine but you will never find it if you don't research.
