GTA SA: Fun with fire

I modified the weapons.dat file in GTA SA so the flamethrower lasts for 20 minutes from a tiny tap and affects everyone within about a 200 feet radius from my character, including when in a vehicle.

Now if there was a way to start a forest fire in this game. like a small tape in a field results in a huge fire that burns san andreas.
