definitely NOT overunity as just think of you spinning the disc wit your hand using the same amount of force as sliding the magnets. If anything it would be more efficient to spin the disc as the magnetic field would not be pushing the disc completely angularly ie parallel to the circumference compared to your finger which would

As the guy says this is not a demonstration of a magnet motor, but a demo on a magnetic shield of sorts. If you knew anything about going about making a magnet motor, you would understand the usefulness of a effective magnetic shield.
