@Crazson34 The one's WHO file lawsuits in the MIDDLE OF A CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION when they CAN PROSECUTE must be the guilty parties. What parent would focus on a civil LAWSUIT in the middle of a criminal investigation when they can take it to a criminal court and THEN file a lawsuit. From MJ's perspective settling a lawsuit does NOT stop a criminal investigation. That's determined by the State of California as a criminal court is SEPARATE from a Civil Court.
