This is the highest I've seen done and possibly the highest possible. Jonas's A-type 999,999 video makes me think that with advanced techniques it MIGHT be possible to do height 4, but that's even uncertain. You just can't get the piece to the side quickly enough for height 5 and possibly not even for 4...

Awesome control for level 19 speed. Is it safe to assume your A-Type best is somewhere in the 800k range?

Yes, it is in the 800k range in fact! I remember hitting 850 once, which is probably the best I've ever done.
