  • Hi Tactikalguy. I did not have the arresting police officer present in the courtroom, either. I stood my ground and refused to enter into the judge's jurisdiction, the bar. There was no wet ink charging instrument (the unsigned ticket) produced in the trial. The judge refused to produce it. The bailiff came into my jurisdiction and brutally arrested me before the court. I was stripped naked and blinded and put into solitary confinement for two weeks. How do I follow up on this judge's crimes?

  • @Wildrosestands ... I would file an affidavit as to what happened into the case. Then file motions to dismiss and if you are in california, a challenge for cause againt the judge to disqualify him.

  • @tactikalguy1 3:40 Eric Glass interviewed such a cop(maybe same cop) on his show "This American Life" on NPR. I encourage anyone who is interested to look it up on NPRs website, and prepare to be sick to your stomach. The Cop was really big on recording everything, and started years before his own department "took him down" for allegedly being "mentally unstable."

    ..X..

  • He won cause the officer did not show up. This isn't a victory for any lameass legal tactics or theories. "Wooooseeewowwwweeeee!"

  • I bet you filed the motions and they pretended the cop didnt sow, I believe Tacticalguy has you on the right track....

Yes several of the offending officers were male. One of the guards at the jail, who took a picture of me naked, was male. I have a witness to that incident, who is wiling to testify that she saw the man photographing me with his cell phone. After two weeks of torture, now my eyesight is messed up bad from the glaring white lights used on me, I was forced to plea "no contest" in court, when I was finally brought back for trial on Feb.1st. It was my second trial with no witnesses.

  • @Wildrosestands i'm unsure were they deputies or correctional officers OR COPS ? Report the complaint so there is a record first then proceed with the lawsuit. I wouldn't go this without counsel. You can't really pro se a lawsuit of this magnitude RECOMMED HIGHLY GETTING A LAWYER. THERE ARE LAWYERS WHO WILL TAKE THIS CASE ON CONTINGENCY!!!

  • @Wildrosestands Please excuse my graphic comments. the fact that your a woman and that you were abused like that is grounds for a lawsuit. but it's not what you know it's about what you can prove. Bar grievance against the judge, file a civil complaint against the cops naming all for brutality but report. it its more than misconduct, IT'S ASSAULT WHICH CAN BE A FELONY !! YOUR RIGHTS ARE VIOLATED WERE ANY OF THE PIGS MALE?

  • @wizeguy681

I am a 48 year old grandmother of two. I also have a physical disability that they were well aware of ,upon my brutal arrest and incarceration in that courtroom. They were definitely intent on killing me. That was very apparent. The mental torture was extreme. I was exposed to bright white lights in my face 24/7. They banged on the metal door every 15 minutes 24/7 the whole time, as well. Two guards took pictures of me naked in the cell with their cell phones. I caught one of them.

  • @Wildrosestands I'm sooo sorry to hear that man. This is only the beginning. I wish I could help you man, but this shit will continue as long as the fucktard sleepers on this planet continue to keep the LIE going. Fuck this pisses me off! I'm so fucking fed up. Thanks for telling the truth.

I defied them as a citizen of the newly reseated Republic for The united States of America, with lawful documentation of this. I was then listed as an enemy combatant. I was tortured unmercifully for two weeks before being dragged before the judge, in fully body chains and cuffs. Defiance of their regime cost me dearly. Not at any time was any evidence or witness produced against me in that courtroom. It was a horrific example of injustice.

  • Very good video update and great conversation!
