@MichieeKid99 u can do it barefoot, with paws, foot undeez, ballet shoes or just a plain sock:)

@MichieeKid99 I don't think there's a specific type of shoe... Just make sure what you're wearing doesn't have to much friction with the floor or it will slow you down. Every time I try to do it barefooted I can't get any momentum and it burns! Especially on carpet if I'm home! Lol :P

she has great control!!!! lol my friends say i look like bruce lee trying to kill the air when my leg goes out and whips around... i totally agree XD
