is it possible with a wii guitar?

should be, I've seen a system pref panel that allows you to link up a wiimote to your mac so if you can find that then you should be able to. you would still need the gamepad companion system pref panel though.

The synth sound is just an Anolog Mono synth (you can access it from the instrument inspector click the top left drop down menu, but this only works for midi sounds.) with the Mix control just off centre towards the Hollow side of things.
But if you meant about the sound of the drum loop.
You could try the Bitcrusher and the EQ, I use the BOSS DS-1 and GE-7 guitar pedals to modify the sound from the computer, you just need the appropiate adaptors.

If you can hook it up to your mac then yeah its possible i dunno if theres an adaptor, but you could maybe use a ps2 to ps3 controller adaptor if thats usb.
