I first heard this song on a gospel station in Nashville and fell in love with it. I have the utmost respect for the men and women who have fought, bled and died for the freedoms that I enjoy each and everyday; and, I feel this song shows that God blessed us with not just our soldiers,,,but, also the gift of His Son's blood that covers His children. Thank you to my veterens and to my Lord for their many sacrifices.

I listened to this song for the first time on JOY FM and immediately loved it. For all the bad times that one person goes through within a lifetime it changes the perspective when looking back at each moment. Even though the moment may have found us feeling alone, in fact we were far from it. We made it through it and were unaware what a wonderful companion we were blessed to walk beside us.
