I have to agree....its a 429. And its a funny looking mustang....LOL! Overhead cams....cough! I had a 4v cl.....put a shaker on it....grabber blue with the black hood.

The Torino Cobra has a 429 engine. not a 427. Overhead cams? NOT!! And you have 1973 in the tags as well. Maybe you shout delete this and start all over. At least you didn't call it a Chevy.
