that is people who have to make themselve feel bigger and better by harming someone that can not defend themselves. I think as the bible says an eye for an eye. do to them as they did to that poor child. the mother should be charged also. You know I have had some not so good things happen to 2 of my children and believe me I pressed charges and let my children know they were more important than keeping things a secret and the perpatrater getting away with it to do it again.
