This is totally awesome! This came up as I was looking for examples of Mi'kmaq songs to show my elementary school students about East Coast Aboriginal peoples. This is a great example of how Mi'kmaq culture and language has adapted to modernity while still retaining its uniqueness. As it turns out, the kids loved it and wanted to hear it again and again!

Thanks for posting this and keep up the good work. You're not only practicing, but promoting and preserving this wonderful language. Bravo!
