I'm astouned about the PU's quality on my 60's Vibe Strat.
On my Fender, the original installed Seymour Duncan PU's are so-so. (nasaly sound) But there ain't cheap at all.. I've changed to Fender NoiseLess. A little better...
If i'm looking for a new "toy", i'll take a high-class Squier again.
Try to check a Classic Vibe Squier, i suppose, there's also a different between the Deluxe and the Classic Vibe Series.

@hopfenkaltschale I think all Squiers are great value. The standard is good though I think the pickups let it down a bit. Otherwise it is pretty well spot on and a great buy especially if you have pickups ready to go in. The Deluxe range is more complete with slightly better hardware and much better pickups for just a bit more cash. I would be inclined to go for those. Hope this helps.

Please tell me, what do you think about Squier (no Bullet Strats stuff).
I had only few chances to compare.
But i think the price-performance ratio is very fine.
I got a Fender too, and a 60's vibe classic Strat.
But it's silly to compare, because the squier got rosewood neck and alder body, and my Fender got ash body & maple neck.
Except for different PU's...
