When Neil told his friend that he was studying physics and wanted to become an astrophysicist, his friend told him something like, "The black community cannot afford someone with your intellect becoming a scientist. You need to go in something like political science etc."

I believe that everyone needs to relax about black people. Please, everyone, calm down. Allthough I must admit that most stereotypes have relevance, they do not apply to all African-Americans. I want to get my Ph.D and become a scientist. That does nto fit the stereotype. I do agree that there needs to be more black scientists, doctors, and lawyer. Come on, smarten up! the chances of all black people acheiving stardom is 0%!!!

Young lady if you are serious about Med School, go. Do not lower your standards for anyone. Do not end up pregnant or diseased by one of these little bisexual rappers and wannabe thugs who "give it to you" the same way they receive it from older men in the industry. If you catch my drift.

For years you idiots have lowered the bar of what success is. And now you do not have enough black doctors, lawyers, scientist, etc. Of all the money you THINK Wayne has. Success is measured by what is in your bank account? That is exactly the reason too many black people are in the position they are in now. They tie their self worth to their net worth. All of the individuals you dismissed; doctors, lawyers, scientist, etc. They have professions and skills that can accomplish more than a closeted rapper ever could.
