@Girlthatrocksu , Yes, it will still be just fine without the honey or molassas since cooked pineapple is pretty sweet in and of itself.

@americathinks1 : In this case, oven time and temp is all about browning the pie crust - since all the internal ingridents could be eaten without cooking. My oven seems to brown the crust best at 350 degrees for about 30-45 min.
